Yamagata Senmon Sangyo Kyodo Kumiai (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) considers the trust of its users to be of the utmost importance, and believes that the accurate and confidential handling of information pertaining to individual users is an important responsibility for the Association. To this end, we have established a “Personal Information Protection Policy” regarding your personal information, and we will ensure that all of our members and related organizations thoroughly understand how to handle your personal information. The details of the policy are as follows. We will also handle your personal information in accordance with this policy, even if we already have and use your personal information.
Handling of Personal Information
（1）Acquisition of personal information
The Association will collect personal information in a lawful and fair manner. When we ask you to provide us with personal information, we will disclose the purpose and use of the information in advance, and collect personal information within the scope of our legitimate business and to the extent necessary to achieve that purpose.
（2）Use and Sharing of Personal Information
Personal information received by the Association will be used only within the scope of the permission of the person who has given us the personal information and in accordance with the purpose for which the information was collected. The purpose of use shall be those items within the “Scope of Purpose of Use” below that are necessary to achieve the purpose of use within the scope of the association’s legitimate business.

This policy is also subject to the laws and regulations of Japan. This policy sets forth the basic policy regarding the handling of personal information by the Association, and the Association will endeavor to protect personal information in accordance with this policy and in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and norms.
Security Control Measures for Personal Information
The Association has established a management system and implemented appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc., and to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information. In addition to restricting the entry of outsiders to the office where personal information is handled and conducting educational activities for all officers and employees involved in the protection of personal information, the Association will appoint a person responsible for the management of personal information and strive to manage personal information appropriately.
Continuous Improvement
The Association will continuously review and improve its efforts to protect personal information in response to changes in the laws and regulations to be followed in Japan, handling methods, and changes in the environment.
